Biofortification in Latin America and the Caribbean
This brown bag lunch session featured two presentations about biofortification in Latin America and the Caribbean. Presentations included an overview by Alexander Stein (IFPRI) on biofortification of staple crops, followed by a presentation by Marilia Regina Nutti (Embrapa Food Technology) on biofortification efforts and advances in Brazil.
