Triggering for Positive Behaviour Change in Nutrition
This is the second in a series of six technical briefs presenting the experiences of the Sustainable Nutrition for All (SN4A) program in Uganda and Zambia. The paper presents an overview of community social and behavior change communication (SBCC), and provides tools and approaches to trigger positive nutrition and hygiene behaviors. SN4A supports national, multisectoral policies by developing and/or strengthening district and sub-district nutrition coordination committees (NCCs). It is overseen by SNV, SDC, KIT, and CDI.
