This short presentation explains the World Food Programme's Nutrition Approach as of 2010. The approach has two main components: (1) right food at the right time, with the use of new safe and effective nutritious products for operations and a focus on prevention and under-two nutrition; and (2) partnerships, coherence, capacity building at the global, regional, national level and with the different stakeholders. Besides enhanced nutrition food basket, the approach calls for improved targeting to ensure nutrition impact.
