These USAID SPRING Project and Advancing Partners and Communities (APC) slide sets identify gaps in community health worker (CHW) nutrition service delivery for nine countries: Afghanistan, India, Pakistan, Nepal, the Philippines, Mali, Zambia, Malawi, and Haiti. The slides compare nutrition-related services that can be provided for different demographic groups against the actual government policies and responsibilities governing CHWs. Information was collected through policy desk reviews with a focus on national public sector programs, and the aim is to understand the training, support, monitoring, and mentoring systems needed to scale up CHW nutrition services.
